Titans Pet UK Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Resolution Policy
Purpose
This documentation clarifies and acknowledges the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refund requests, and dispute resolution on the Titans Pet UK platform. It aims to maintain fairness and transparency for all users while protecting the platform's operational integrity.
Scope
This policy applies to the following:
- All registered users of Titans Pet UK, including individuals, breeders, veterinary professionals, and businesses
- All paid services offered by the platform, such as boosted ads, featured listings, and promotional placements
- Disputes arising between users (e.g., buyers and sellers) or between a user and the Titans Pet UK platform
Cancellation Policy
Free Listings
- Users may edit or delete free listings at any time. No cancellation fees apply.
Paid Boosts & Premium Listings
- Once activated, paid boosts, featured ads, and premium listings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests submitted before activation may be considered for a refund at Titans Pet UK's sole discretion.
- Users are liable for confirming the precision of ad content before making payment.
Event Registrations & Sponsored Content
- For events or sponsored posts hosted by Titans Pet UK, cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may qualify for a 50% refund.
- Administrative charges may apply.
Refund Policy
Non-Delivery of Paid Services
- If a paid service (such as a Boost Plan) fails to activate due to a technical or internal error, a full refund will be issued within seven (7) working days.
Duplicate Payments
- If duplicate transactions exist for the same service, the additional charge(s) will be refunded upon verification.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
- If a payment is flagged as unauthorized or fraudulent, Titans Pet UK reserves the right to:
- Remove the associated listing.
- Suspend the user account.
- Reverse the payment, where applicable.
Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued under the following possibilities:
- The listing violates Titans Pet UK's Community Guidelines
- The user doesn't provide the required verification procedures.
- Listings are removed due to policy violations, fraud, or false/misleading information.
- Refund proposals requested more than 14 days after payment.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes Between Users
- Titans Pet UK operates solely as a listing platform and does not hold or manage payments between users.
- Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly using the platform's messaging tools.
- If a complaint is reported, Titans Pet UK may:
- Review messages, listing details, and user activity
- Temporarily suspend accounts involved in the dispute during the investigation
- Take appropriate action, including removal of listings or permanent bans, where platform policies are breached
Disputes Involving Titans Pet UK
- Users must report issues via email within seven (7) days of the incident.
- Required information includes:
- Full name and contact number
- Listing ID or transaction reference
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or payment proof, if available
- Email complaints to: info@titanspet.co.uk
- A response will be provided within five to seven (5–7) working days after receiving the complete complaint.
Important Notice
All users are expected to read and understand the platform's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines before placing ads, making payments, or raising disputes. Use of the Titans Pet UK platform constitutes agreement with these policies.
